Shweta Nawkar is currently pursuing her Master’s in Human Resources Management at Rutgers University and will be graduating from 2026. She obtained her Master’s in Marketing at the University of Mumbai, India. She has worked as an HR professional for various organizations in the private sector for the last 6 years. She is proud to have been associated with many OD networks in the past and has volunteered as an OD practitioner and team leader for non-profit organizations.
