You’re invited to attend the award-winning Rutgers University Society for Human Resource Management (RU SHRM)’s 17th Annual Business Conference: Future of Work : Where is HR Headed?This will be a two-day conference held Thursday March 24, 2022 6 pm-9:30 pm and Friday, March 25, 2022 9:30 am- 12:30 pm on the campus of Rutgers University.
The Future Work has gained a lot of traction and talk in the HR community about where is HR headed and how will the future of the workplace look like going forward due to aftermath of the pandemic, War for Talent and Great Resignation. However, one critical component that seems to be lacking surrounding these discussions are actionable items through data and experience that provides concrete analysis to find solutions to addressing where organizations and HR are headed towards leading the initiatives for the future of work.
