Monalisa Malladeb

Monalisa Malladeb is presently pursuing her Master’s in HRM at Rutgers School of Management & Labor Relations. In addition to her role at RUSHRM, she is also a teaching aide & research assistant. Before Rutgers, she completed her MBA from SIBM Pune and she worked with Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Limited for ~4 years which built her experience in store operations, retail human resource business partnering, employee life cycle management, talent management, learning and development. Aside from work, Monalisa has an interest in reading, watching geopolitical documentaries, running, and looking out for good coffee
