Shweta Nawkar is currently pursuing her Master’s in Human Resources Management at Rutgers University, 2026. She obtained her Master’s in Marketing at the University of Mumbai, India. She has worked as a HR professional for various organizations in private sector for last 6 years.She is proud of being associated with many OD networks in the past and has volunteered as an OD practitioner and team leader for non-profit organizations.
