Student Health Forms Due
For anyone accepted before June 24th. For anyone accepted past June 14th, the deadline is July 12th. Upload into the health portal. Details are under Important Requirements.
Submit Student ID Photo
Upload on the ID Photo Portal. Format is LastName_FirstName_NetID Former Rutgers students will use their old IDs. For any questions contact someone from the orientation team.
Deadline to Submit Background Check
By June 24th
Deadline to Submit Official Student Transcript
By June 30th Ensure your degree is posted before sending. BA/MD student must contact admissions to send their transcripts.
