To provide advanced training for new graduate Nurse Practitioners (NPs) in primary care settings, enhance their clinical competency and readiness, and improve patient outcomes in medically underserved areas (MUAs)

The Residency Program will start no later than October 31 of each year.

Residents are paid a competitive stipend and eligible for medical benefits.
Residents are also eligible for the follow participant benefits:
- Mileage reimbursement
- Licensure reimbursement
- Provided a laptop
- One year of AANP member
- Registration to the AANP National Conference

At CompleteCare Health Network, at its primary care offices in Cumberland County New Jersey.

Nurse Practitioner Residents will work four days per week a CompleteCare Health Network from 8am until 4:30pm.

Didactic learning will take place once weekly at Rutgers University School of Nursing – Camden.
