Tom Hernandez is a certified professional career coach and talent developer. Over the past decade, Tom has coached hundreds of individuals through career transitions, developed strategic partnerships with employers and recruiters, and recruited dozens of alumni for volunteer leadership roles. Tom has also managed teams in various student affairs units, including career development, alumni relations, and student engagement. Tom holds an MA in Educational Psychology. Tom is the Associate Director of Career Development at University of California, Berkeley, Goldman School of Public Policy and the Founder of Career Learning Labs.
