Important dates

  • School application materials are due by April 10, 2023
  • Students and Postdocs will be notified of their admission by May 1, 2023
  • Registration fees are due by June 1, 2023

How to apply to the school

  1. Read this page carefully
  2. Complete the application Google form (click red button above)
  3. Please, have handy the following information and documents:
    • Single PDF file collecting:
      • your CV (including graduate GPA)
      • 200-word essay explaining why you wish to attend the school and how it will help with your career
    • Name and email of your current PhD advisor (we will request a recommendation letter)

School registration details

  • School dates: June 29 to July 3, 2023
  • Fee: $600
  • Fee due: June 1, 2023
  • Included: Accommodation (check-in June 28, check-out July 9), Breakfast
  • Also includes participation+room to 2023 TDDFT Workshop (July 5-8, and including accommodation for the gap day, July 4)

How to pay the registration fee

Once you are accepted to the 2023 TDDFT school, you can pay the registration fees (invoice provided upon acceptance) by

  • Check issued by US bank
  • Bank wire transfer (international transfer option available)

Check issued by US banks can be made out to “Rutgers University” with in memo “TDDFT 2023”, to the following address:
