I’m very humbled to share two updates that reflect what drives my passion in academia: research and service.
🔬 I was recently awarded Dean’s Research Professor at Rutgers Business School (2025-2028). Research continues to be the cornerstone of my academic journey. I’m looking forward to collaborating with my colleagues at RBS to strengthen our research pipeline and grow our impact—both in scholarly publications📜 and funding💰 — over the coming years. Thanks to Dean Lei Lei and RBS’s continuing support!
📈 I’m also honored to take on a new service role as Vice Chair of the Department of Supply Chain Management, working alongside Chair Dr. Lian Qi and Vice Chair Dr. Arash Azadegan to support the department’s continued growth and excellence.
