Sample IRB Template Language

MRI poses several unique issues in terms of the human subjects concerns.  To aid researchers we have provided template language consistent with CAHBIR Standard Operating Procedures. Researchers are not required to follow this language, but we note that it has previously successfully gone through review, and strongly recommend adhering to it as much as possible in order to avoid unnecessary slowdowns in the approval process.
