Elissa completed her undergraduate studies in Physics at The College of New Jersey followed by her masters degree in Medical Physics from the University of Pennsylvania. After she completed her therapeutic residency at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, she joined the Radiation Physics department at RWJBarnabas Health. Elissa’s research interests include global health outreach, education, and HDR brachytherapy. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and traveling.
