Our lab, under the direction of Dr. Kristen Syrett, a Professor in Linguistics, investigates how children acquire the meaning of words, and how children and adults understand language over the course of development. Our interdisciplinary research is firmly grounded in Linguistics and Cognitive Science and has been funded by the National Science Foundation.
