Convention Reimbursement Guidelines

General Expectations

  • EMSOP’s presence at ASHP Midyear is always very strong.  In order to facilitate school growth and recognition, PGC has set the following reimbursement guidelines specific for Midyear.
  • P4’s attending Midyear solely to interview for fellowships and other positions are NOT eligible for reimbursement unless they fulfill the criteria detailed below.
  • You must present a poster at ASHP Midyear 2021 to be eligible for the reimbursement
  • Any questions or comments should be directed to Sung Jae Lee (sjl208@scarletmail.rutgers.edu) and ernestmariopgc@gmail.com.

2021-2022 Midyear Reimbursement Policy

    • American Society of Health-System Pharmacists is holding its Midyear from December 5th to December 9th virtually.

  • P1 Membership for ASHP Membership is FREE.

  • PGC will reimburse 100% of ASHP National Membership, 54 dollars, to students who are presenting a poster at Virtual ASHP Midyear 2021
    • PGC is reimbursing 100% of the ASHP Membership since ASHP Midyear 2021 is virtual and the cost is absorbable by PGC
  • Students are highly encouraged to pay the Annual ASHP Membership fee ($54)
  • Students who pay the full $480 for Midyear registration will not be reimbursed the full amount of $480, but instead will only be considered for reimbursement up to $54
  • If students have paid for two years ASHP Membership and meet other criteria of reimbursement, they will only be considered for reimbursement up to $54
  • To be eligible for Midyear reimbursement, you must fill out the Midyear 2021 Reimbursement form found on the PGC website and submit it to PGC and to Sung Jae with all supporting documents by January 31st, 2022
