PGC Meeting Attendance System
We will be releasing two Google Form links at each PGC meeting. The first will be sent out during the Recording Secretary’s update report, and the second one will be sent out at a random, undisclosed time towards the second half of the meeting. The forms will be open for five minutes each, and everyone must fill out both forms to be marked present!
As a reminder, every organization is required to send two E-board members + one PGC representative, with exceptions only for PLS and XAE. 100% attendance is required in order to be eligible to run for PGC positions in the future (there will be a makeup collaboration event only for P1s who missed the first September PGC meeting).
