
Dr. Breeman is a BCBA-D Clinical Manager at the Children’s Specialized Hospital–Rutgers University Center for Autism Research, Education, and Services (CSH–RUCARES) Severe Behavior Program. She is also an adjunct professor in the Rutgers University Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology. She obtained her undergraduate and master’s degrees in special education at The College of New Jersey, where she received the Anne Shenkel Award for Excellence in Strategy Instruction; she then completed her master’s and Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis at Caldwell University. Dr. Breeman currently serves as the editorial assistant for Behavior Analysis in Practice and regularly serves as a guest reviewer for behavior-analytic journals. Her clinical experience spans several settings, including schools, private clinics, in-home services, and recreational programs. Her research interests include the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, mitigation of treatment relapse, augmenting competing stimulus assessments, and staff and caregiver training. Her work has been published in journals such as Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, Journal of Organizational Behavior Management, and Behavior Analysis in Practice.
