Fresh from the oven! A new research publication with colleagues Xiaosong (David) Peng, Yuan Ye, and Aravind Chandrasekaran, in early view with the Journal of Operations Management. In this paper, we use data collected from hospitals in the State of California to show how nursing turnover has different effects on quality between ICU and medical-surgical units. Thanks to the review team and Jeff Smith for guiding us through the process. This marks my 5th publication with JOM and also my start of a new role as an Associate Editor for JOM.
