Creepy Crawly Brownies- A Virtual Entomophagy Cooking Class!

Have you ever wondered how to cook with insects? Wanna creep your friends out?! Want to reenact your favorite episode of Fear Factor?
Join us for a virtual cooking class that will teach you how to make brownies using cricket protein powder! This is a completely free event hosted by graduate students of the Rutgers Entomology department. You will get step by step visual and written instructions of how to bake these gooey goodies. While the brownies are cooking there will also be a discussion about entomophagy and how we can work to adopt it around the world.
You will need to collect your own ingredients for this class but don’t worry….you don’t have to go catch a bunch of crickets!
