Once a WebEx Meeting has concluded, it is possible to generate an attendance report which includes a detailed list of all attendees, their entry and exit times, etc. These reports can only be generated by the individual who’s WebEx account was used to schedule the meeting.

It is possible to generate a report up to 90 days after the scheduled meeting date, after which point the data is no longer accessible.

Generating a Session Detail Report

After logging into the Cisco WebEx homepage, select My Reports located in the dropdown menu at the top right corner of the dashboard.

From the My Reports page, select All Services > Usage Report.

You will be presented with a meeting search form. Adjust the From and To fields as necessary and select Display Report

Select your meeting from the list of search results.

From the Session Detail Report screen you can generate a printer-friendly version of the report, or export the report in CSV format which can be stored elsewhere in order to maintain an archived copy of your meeting attendance.
