The summer 2020 RISE Research Symposium was held virtually on July 30, 2020. Participants presented the results of their virtual research experience, which was enhanced throughout the summer by a robust virtual enrichment and professional development component, and virtual social and wellness activities.The keynote speaker was Dr. Maribel Vazquez, Associate Professor, Dept of Biomedical Engineering, “Using Biomedical Engineering to Reduce Health Disparities in Adult Vision Loss.” You can see the different student presentations here.
