Dr. Kristen Syrett presented a talk with her coauthors Dr. Sudha Arunachalam and Dr. Sandy Waxman entitled, “Can adverbs call attention to manner of motion for 2-year-olds learning verbs?” at the 36th Annual Boston University Conference on Language Development in November.
Kristen also joined her coauthors Dr. Julien Musolino, Hannah Baker, and Ariana Kalkstein to present a talk entitled, “Let’s disambiguate sentences together: What children know about the semantics of together, and where pragmatics steps in.”
