Her poster with Misha Becker was entitled, “The linguistic distribution of adjectives calls attention to variable object properties: The case of acquiring adjectives of emotion v. color, shape, and size.”
Her talk “What ‘easy’ words reveals about the complexities of concepts, semantics, and pragmatics: A look back on what we’ve learned about the acquisition of count nouns through the lens of partial objects” was part of the Sunday symposium, “Semantics, cognition and development: Retrospective, prospective.”
