More syntactic bootstrapping of adjectives in press!

Dr. Syrett and her former graduate student Meg Gotowski (previously a post-doc at MIT, and a visiting Professor at Pomona College, now a visiting professor at William & Mary) have a paper “Using syntax and semantics to acquire subjective adjective meanings” accepted in the journal Language Acquisition. This work arises from Meg’s doctoral dissertation and is tightly linked to ongoing work in the lab on the bootstrapping of adjective meaning.
