We are pleased to announce that THREE of our Research Assistants in the lab completed a senior honors thesis, advised by Dr. Syrett. This designates them all as University Paul Robeson Scholars. And they also took home some pretty impressive honors!
Karen Li “A proposal for the meaning of the Mandarin sentence final particle a” (highest honors and recipient of the Department Research Excellence Award and the prestigious SAS Henry Rutgers Scholar award)
Karen also presented this work at theJohns Hopkins University’s second annual Richard Macksey National Undergraduate Humanities Research Symposium in April!
