This year, graduate alum Dr. Daniel Altshuler (PhD awarded in 2010) received the Mentoring Award from the Linguistic Society of America (LSA). The Mentoring Award recognizes the work of individuals that have shown a strong commitment to mentoring linguists.
Currently, Dr. Altshuler is a Professor of Semantics and Pragmatics at the University of Oxford and he’s a Tutorial Fellow of Jesus College in Oxford.
