Each year, the Journal of Clinical & Experimental Dermatology Research (JCEDR) and Omics International host a global conference bringing together skin care experts around the globe. This year, The 6th International Conference on Clinical and Experimental Dermatology held their conference in Chicago. The topic was Global Tuning of Innovative Therapies. This conference lays a platform for interaction between skin care experts and aims in accelerating scientific discovery.
The focus of the conference is on sharing research in the derm field including but not limited to skin care and treatment of skin diseases [including cancer]. This year the conference highlights include Dermatological Diseases, Dermatopathology, Veterinary Dermatology, Dermatological Oncology, Clinical and Medical Dermatology and Diagnostic Techniques in Dermatology.
Dr. Michniak was invited to give a talk during the Keynote Forum. She was one of three invited speakers presenting during this session on the first day. Her topic was Polymeric Nanospheres for Topical Delivery of Adapalene. Dr. Michniak was also invited to be one of the ten members that made up the Organizing Committee.
